需要考成人高考学位英语的往往是想要或者是需要拿到学位证书的小伙伴。学位和学历不能划等号，学位是学术称号，学历是学习经历。有某种学位，不一定有某种相应的学历;同样，有某种学历，并不一定有相应的学位。

成人本科毕业生除了达到本专业规定的公共课(政治理论课和外国语)、基础理论课、专业基础和专业课的平均成绩，毕业论文(毕业设计或其他毕业实践环节)的成绩均达到优良，以及通过学位授予学校组织的课程考核和全省统一命题统一组织的外国语水平考试，且成绩及格者方可向学位授予学校申请学士学位。

不过也不是每个学校都是可以组织学位英语考试的：经教育部批准，国家承认学历的普通高等学校、独立设置的成人高等学校举办的函授、夜大、自学考试、大专起点本科班、网络教育等成人以及高等教育自学考试本科在校生、应届毕业生(含港澳台学生)拟申请学士学位者均可参加报名考试。

普通高校插班生未有本科外语课程成绩者，毕业时必须参加并通过本年度外语统考，方可申请学士学位。

所以综上所述，成人高考不是一定必须考学位英语的，因为很多人的水平并不能通过学位英语，所以就放弃了。但是通过学位英语可以获得学士学位，还是好处多多的。

【山东省】

山东省教育招生考试院发布了相关通知。高考报名自2022年11月9日开始进行。2023年高考报名分为网上填报信息、网上资格审核、网上确认并缴费等3个阶段。2023年高考外语听力考试于2023年1月8日上午进行。

【贵州省】

经综合研判，决定恢复举行贵州省2023年高考第一次英语听力考试。考试时间为2022年11月26日上午9：00—9:30。未报名参加2023年高考第一次英语听力考试的考生可在高考报名期间(2022年11月1日—10日)同时进行补报名。

【北京市】

2023年北京高考英语听说考试时间已于近日在北京教育考试院公布，第一次英语听说考试在考试将于2022年12月17日进行，第二次英语听说考试将于2022年3月进行(具体时间另行通知)。

高考英语听力考试注意事项：

1、不可带纸、笔入场。草稿纸及考试用笔会在现场发放。

2、人机分离。不能将手机及其他电子设备(如电子表、电子手环、耳机等)带入考场，以免按违纪处理。若身体中有电子类医疗器械，可提前向监考老师报告。

3、试音阶段要佩戴好耳机，及时调试音量。

4、考试期间不得乱动计算机电源、网线、鼠标、键盘、耳机等设备。

5、考试期间需听清系统播放的语音提示，按要求操作。

6、每道题都有作答时限，须在规定作答时间内作答。

7、考试过程中，题目将根据作答进程顺序逐题展现，每道题目都留出了阅读时间，时满自动跳转，无法预览所有题目，也无法自行控制机考进度。

8、注意不要漏题，严格按题目出现的顺序逐一作答。未在规定时间内完成作答的题目视为未作答，系统不会有警告提示，且不可以返回补充作答。
